Leah helped us buy our 1st Sacramento house. Here are the things that we loved about her:
1.) She patiently listens to all your needs, assesses your likes/dislikes, and then suggests houses based on those. 2.) Our schedule was a bit tight since we needed to drive from the Bay Area every time to visit houses in Sac. Leah was very accommodating in scheduling our open houses. 3.) She never pushed us to buy a specific house and never shy away from pointing out the pros/cons of the houses. 4.) She is very knowledgeable regarding the area and it was of immense help since we knew nothing about the area. She is also super responsive to all emails, text messages etc. 5.) Even when we backed out of a deal (due to inspection issues) and we really liked the house, she never tried to convince us to buy the house and she helped us restart the search. That is a rare quality that shows that she will work to fulfill your needs and not just for the money.
